Note: ITC Early Registration has been extended to September 2. After then, higher rates apply.
Our volunteer committees have worked very hard to put together an exciting event with a balance of the latest research and practical techniques related to electronics test.
The following are the ITC registration rates. The registration link will be provided once it is available.
Note in all cases “Member” means IEEE member or IEEE CS (Computer Society) member and “Non-Member” means not an IEEE member

- All registrants receive the program proceedings.
- One day conference registrants to not receive access to the program virtual content, a lunch ticket or conference souvenirs.
- Both physical (other than those who register for the one day conference registration rates) and virtual registrants receive access to the presentation recordings for 1 month (or is it 2 months?)
- Program participants attending the full ITC conference must use the program participant rate, even if they are virtual
