How to access the ITC virtual platform

Guide to accessing and using the virtual platform

  • An email with a password-creating link was distributed by Underline to all Registered ITC 2022 attendees to make it easy for first-time users of Underline to create the password for their respective accounts (named by email address used when you registered!).

When you are logged into your Underline account, please follow this link to the ITC 2022 Conference event page: https://underline.io/events/354/reception.

A video summarizing the usage of the platform is available here – ITC virtual platform usage video.

  • If you did not receive an invitation, please first check your spam folder, and/or any similar folders that are not your main inbox (such as social, or promotions, junk folder …) and look for an email by Underline (no-reply@app-mail.underline.io).
Please DO NOT try to create an account on your own, as that will return an error message. Underline has already prepared your account and ticket for the event.
  • If you are still unable to find the email, please contact our support team at: ITC2022@underline.io
  • In case your Underline account has not been authorized to access the ITC 2022 Conference event, please report the issue by emailing  ITC2022@underline.io

Using the virtual platform as a mobile app

The ITC virtual platform is available to on-site attendees.  It is convenience to use it as a mobile app or to view poster videos ahead of conversations.

The virtual platform allows you to:

  • Use the Underline site on your computer or on your mobile device
  • View the Conference Schedule
  • Schedule the papers you want to attend in your calendar
  • View the posters

SLM Workshop

IEEE International Workshop on Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) 2022

– hybrid format (inria.fr) SEPTEMBER 29-30, 2022

AIM OF THE WORKSHOP

With increasing system complexity, security, stringent runtime requirements for functional safety, and cost constraints of a mass market, the reliable and secure operation of electronics in safety- critical, enterprise servers and cloud computing domains is still a major challenge. While traditionally design time and test time solutions were supposed to guarantee the in-field dependability and security of electronic systems, due to complex interaction of runtime effects from running workload and environment, there is a great need for a holistic approach for silicon lifecycle management, spanning from design time to in-field monitoring and adaptation. Therefore the solutions for lifecycle management should include various sensors and monitors embedded in different levels of the design stack, access mechanisms and standards for such on-chip and in- system sensor network, as well as data analytics on the edge and in the cloud. The SLM Workshop offers a forum to present and discuss these challenges and emerging solutions among researchers and practitioners alike.
SLM will take place in conjunction with the IEEE International Test Conference (ITC 22); is sponsored by IEEE Philadelphia Chapter; and conceived by the IEEE Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC).

Automotive, Reliability, Test & Safety workshop

Call for participation – ARTS 2022

IEEE Automotive Reliability, Test & Safety  (ARTS 2022)

September 29-30, 2022

Anaheim, CA, Disneyland Hotel – Hybrid Event

http://art.tttc-events.org/

The ARTS workshop focuses exclusively on test, reliability and Safety of automotive and mission-critical electronics, including design, manufacturing, burn-in, system-level integration and in-field test, diagnosis and repair solutions, as well as architectures and methods for reliable and safe operations under different environmental conditions. With increasing system complexity, security, stringent runtime requirements for functional safety, and cost constraints of a mass market, the reliable operation of electronics in safety-critical domains is still a major challenge. This edition of the ARTS Workshop offers a forum to present and discuss these challenges and emerging solutions among researchers and practitioners alike.Program highlights:

  • After the opening session of Thursday, Sundarrajan Subramanian , Qualcomm Vice President, will give the first Keynote speech on  “Journey from Mobile to Automobile: Leverage Learn Lead” .
  • Friday will start start with Vasanth Waran , Synopsys Senior Director, who will give the second Keynote speech on “Evolution and Trends driving the Automotive Architecture and Ecosystems of the future” .
  • Four technical sessions  will focus on:
    • Advanced BIST design
    • NVM oriented reliability
    • In-field testing
    • Simulation and fault simulation techniques.
  • Technical sessions will be interleaved with a special session  with a speech on “The Accellera Functional Safety Standard: enabling automation, interoperability and traceability”   given by Alessandra Nardi , Accellera FS WG Chair.

More information and a complete program are available on the ARTS website http://art.tttc-events.org/
