Note in all cases “Member” means IEEE member or IEEE CS (Computer Society) member and “Non-Member” means not an IEEE member

Conference Program Committee or conference sub-committee early registration – (available in registration form)

Program Committee or sub-committee regular registration – (available in registration form)

Conference program participants are attendees as follows:  paper presenter, panelist, session chair, or poster presenter

Each Paper/Poster needs exactly one unique program participant registration. The program participant is the presenter.  Any other authors of the paper who are attending ITC but are not presenting the paper will need to register under the normal ITC Technical Conference Category.

If a student author is presenting, they can register as a “IEEE Student Member Program Participant” or “Student Non-Member Program Participant.”
If the presenter is not a student, then the “IEEE Member program participant” or “Non Member Program Participant” category is used for the presenter’s registration. Once again, the other authors would register under the normal ITC Technical Conference Category.

If a single person is an author on two or more papers/posters, then the corresponding number of different program participant registrations are required even if the same person is making multiple presentations.  However, whenever possible, co-authors are encouraged to attend ITC and make some of the presentations.

All program participant registrations must be completed by July 31 deadline to ensure that the corresponding paper is in included in the proceedings and so that the paper/poster remains in the program.
