Roguevation
Roguevation provides software and firmware for custom ATE solutions. Roguevation's Rhythm ATE O/S directly reads IEEE 1450 STIL including extensions STIL.1 (Design), STIL.2 (DCLevels), and STIL.4 (Flow). Rhythm and the STIL programming language are tester independent allowing attachment to any hardware. Roguevation's STIL Engine firmware is implemented in AMD FPGA's in either the ZYNQ Ultrascale+ or KINTEX Ultrascale+ product families. The STIL Engine is a 160-channel digital pattern system with timesets, timing generators and 512 megavectors.
