The Semiconductor Test Consortium (STC) is a global, nonprofit organization that develops and promotes open standards to benefit the semiconductor test industry. This work is conducted by various worldwide technical working groups, which support the Open Semiconductor Test Architecture (OPENSTAR) or Semiconductor Test Interface eXtensions (STIXTM) initiatives.

Membership is open to all parties with a vested interest in the test sector including IDMs, fabless and foundry companies, ATE, module, peripheral equipment and other solution providers.
