Focused Test, Inc. will introduce the FTI 2000 test system for testing of power IC’s, such as voltage regulators, line drivers and LED drivers. We will also show the FTI 1000 test system for testing of power discrete devices, including MOSFETs, IGBTs and diodes. FTI 1000 performs MOSFET AC tests (Qg, Rg and UIL) as well as all DC tests, in one integrated test head.
