Aehr Test Systems has been a leading supplier of test and burn-in equipment since 1977. The company develops, manufactures, and sells burn-in and test-during-burn-in systems for full wafer contact in which all of the die are contacted for simultaneous test and/or tdbi. These systems are designed for contacting all die on a wafer at the same time by cycling wafers, one at a time, as well as designs for contacting all die on multiple wafers in a chambered system. Aehr has installed over 2,500 systems worldwide; all focused towards reducing cost of test.
